A delightfully strange yet mundane tale of a hermit squatting in a ruined jungle temple trying to dream a man into reality, the associated struggles, and ultimate result.

SPOILERS

A nice one for combining more of a completed story arc with Borges' rich imagination and unique literary devices.

Love the idea of a circular story. The Plot twist at the end is hinted at the beginning of the novel but makes little sense until you reach the end and realise the entire novel can be read in a circle (just as the actions of the hermit(s) repeat).
